Kasia has been working with all of our Site Teams, on average 17 teams. She has carried out workshops at our Site Managers’ meetings. Kasia has worked and developed a coaching programme for Taylor Wimpey employees with potential and provided tools on how to progress and manage teams. Kasia has many capabilities but her main assets are her flexibility and her high work ethic. She is a welcome addition to our team and her sessions have proven very successful.
