We had a great pleasure working with Kasia as our Leadership Team Coach. Kasia facilitated our Team’s development workshops, which helped a great deal with opening pathways to some very honest and deep conversations within the team. We learned a lot about our personalities, leadership styles, the way we think, what triggers us, and best ways to work together.
