Psychology-Backed
Approach

My work is grounded in Business Psychology and evidence-based coaching methodology.
That means the insights, frameworks and tools you receive are not generic – they’re built on how people think, communicate and behave under pressure.

Lived
Experience

I built my first team at 27. I navigated the shift from friend to manager and experienced firsthand what happens when communication breaks down.
That experience shapes every programme I design and every conversation I have with clients.

Warmth
and Empathy

I create an environment where my clients and their teams feel safe to be honest about what is and isn’t working for them.

This is where the real change begins.

Unique
bi-cultural perspective

Having led teams in Poland before building my career and practice in the UK, I bring a rare cross-cultural lens to leadership development. I understand that communication styles, attitudes to authority, and approaches to conflict vary, and I design my work accordingly, rather than applying a single cultural template to every client.

You’ve built something worth growing and now you’re building a team. Whether you’re hiring your first people or trying to lead a group that’s outgrown informal management, I work with founders who need practical support to lead with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’ve just been promoted or you can see it coming, I work with first-time managers who want to lead well from the start, not learn the hard way.

Great teams don’t happen by accident; they’re built on self-awareness, trust, and knowing how to make the most of the people in the room. I work with teams who want to understand how they work together, play to their collective strengths, and perform at their best.

Whether you’re a newly formed team finding your feet or an established group looking to level up, team coaching creates the space to do that intentionally.

I’m also a certified Belbin Team Roles practitioner a powerful tool that helps every team member understand their natural contribution and helps the whole team use that knowledge to work smarter together.

Things people usually ask before getting in touch

Coaching isn’t therapy, and it’s not being told what to do. It’s a structured conversation with someone who asks the right questions, helps you think more clearly, and holds you accountable for the changes you want to make.

We work on real situations you’re facing right now, not hypotheticals. Most people are surprised by how quickly coaching helps with changing behaviour.

Most leadership training is generic. Mine isn’t.

I combine a Business Psychology MSc,  coaching qualifications, and Belbin accreditation with real experience of building and leading teams myself ( including the mistakes).

I work specifically with first-time managers and founders who were never formally trained to lead people, and everything I do is designed around that gap.

You won’t get off-the-shelf frameworks; you’ll get tools that fit your situation.

Most clients notice a shift in how they think and communicate within the first few sessions.

Deeper changes in how you handle conflict, delegate, or show up under pressure take longer to embed and that’s true of any real skill.

What I can promise is that you won’t leave sessions with theory you can’t use.

Everything we work on is practical and immediately applicable

All three. I work with individual managers and founders one-to-one, with SMEs who are building their leadership culture from scratch, and with teams inside larger organisations.

Previous clients include John Lewis, Taylor Wimpey, SC Johnson, BASF, and Merck; alongside founders and small business owners who are leading a team for the first time. The work adapts to the context.

A good starting point is the free quiz, it takes a couple of minutes and points you toward the right kind of support based on where you are right now.

If you want to get a feel for how I work before committing to anything, the short online courses are a great taster: bite-sized, practical, and you can start today.

Yes. I’m bilingual and work with clients in both languages.

If you’d feel more comfortable working in Polish, that’s a very welcome option.

Confidence that you know what you’re doing as a leader.

Practical skills and tools you’ll use for the rest of your career. Fewer sleepless nights worrying about that conversation you’ve been avoiding. Less time firefighting  and more time actually running your business/team.

The people ‘thing’ stops being the hard part, and everything else gets easier as a result.
